Finally, at last, something that Teams Admins have been requesting for a while is now finally going to land this month. The recent announcement that Microsoft Teams admins can enable the feature to let end-users test drive new Microsoft Teams features before they become available to the mainstream. According to Microsoft “Public preview is enabled for each user, and the option to turn on public preview is controlled in an admin policy. Update policies are used to manage Teams and Office preview users who will see pre-release or preview features in the Teams app. You can use the Global (Org-wide default) policy and customize it, or create one or more custom policies for your users,”

The users will be able to select the Public Preview option for the client they are using, Windows, MacOS or web browser, by clicking on their profile picture in the top-right hand and then selecting the Public Preview option.
